Luau Theme Cupcake Buffet
I created this fun display for my brother-in-law for his 60th Birthday. I used colored fondant to create the different designs. I stacked plates with glasses to create the cupcake tree. I even had some left over cake and make cute cake pops.

50 Year Old Princess
I created a Princess Dessert Bar for my best friend Trudy. I had so much fun creating heart, tiara, diamond ring cookies, cupcakes, cake pops and lots of candy. She was really surprised.
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
A great addition to a dessert bar!
You need just two ingredients: Strawberries and chocolate (bars work better than chocolate chips).
First, wash and dry strawberries on a towel.
Melt chocolate bar (I like dark chocolate) in a microwave safe bowl. Start at one minute, once most of chocolate is melted, stir until all is melted (don’t melt chocolate completely in microwave).
Poke strawberries with a fork and dip into the chocolate. Lay chocolate strawberries on parchment paper. It will look really messy. You will transfer the dried strawberries to a pretty plate later.
Once strawberries show semi dried, you can pipe (from a ziploc bag) lines across the strawberries to give it a nice elegant look.
I made mini hearts using Pink Candy melts. I melted the Pink melts in microwave at .30 second intervals until melted. I put in ziploc bag and made hearts. Once dried, I placed on strawberries.
